hx555 Terms & Conditions — Rules Every
Pakistani Player Should Know

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions the following words carry specific meanings whenever they appear:

• "hx555" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" — the online gaming platform operated at hx555.ws and all associated services, mobile interfaces, APIs and support channels.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — any individual who has registered an account on hx555 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal player profile created on hx555 containing your identity details, wallet balance, transaction history and gaming records.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" — the PKR funds held within your hx555 account available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit awarded to your account by hx555 that is subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Turnover" — the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used across all hx555 accounts, transactions, wagers and payouts.
• "VIP Club" — the hx555 loyalty programme comprising four tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) each carrying specific benefits as described on the VIP Club page.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain an active account on hx555 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hx555 does not knowingly permit minors to register or play. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• You are accessing hx555 as a private individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an hx555 employee whose role involves access to platform systems or outcome data.
• You do not have an existing active or previously closed-for-cause hx555 account under your identity, mobile number or payment method.
• You have not been placed on a self-exclusion list at hx555 that remains active at the time of registration.

3Account Registration

When registering an account on hx555 you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and an accurate date of birth. Providing false details is a material breach of these Terms.
• Maintain a strong, unique password for your hx555 account and not share your login credentials with anyone else. hx555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a player sharing their credentials.
• Register only one account per individual. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — to claim bonuses, avoid limits or circumvent a previous account closure is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Notify hx555 promptly if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone without your authorisation.
• Update your account details promptly if any registered information changes, particularly your mobile number, which is used for payment verification.

4Deposits

All deposits to your hx555 wallet are governed by the following rules:

• hx555 accepts deposits in PKR only via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. No other currencies or payment methods are accepted.
• The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though hx555 may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of its compliance process.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. hx555 does not accept deposits from accounts or cards registered to third parties. If a third-party deposit is identified, it will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended.
• hx555 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied by your mobile wallet or bank provider are beyond hx555's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits that fail to credit your wallet within ten minutes should be reported to hx555 support with your transaction reference. hx555 will investigate and resolve valid claims within 24 hours.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your hx555 wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to confirm your CNIC number or submit a brief identity check. This is a one-time requirement unless your details change.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes to Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts. VIP Club members receive priority processing under 10 minutes. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on interbank processing times.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier: Silver Rs 10,00,000 / Gold Rs 20,00,000 / Platinum Rs 1,00,00,000 / Diamond Rs 5,00,00,000. These limits reset at midnight PKT.
• hx555 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours in cases where fraud, money laundering concerns or unusual account activity is identified. The player will be notified and the matter will be resolved or escalated within this window.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to payment methods not registered in the player's own name. Any withdrawal request to a third-party account will be declined.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at hx555 are subject to the following universal rules in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Using multiple accounts, referral fraud or coordinated bonus claiming with other players will result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of involved accounts.
• Welcome bonuses and reload bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The wagering requirement must be met within 14 days or the bonus and any winnings generated from it will expire.
• Weekly cashback through the VIP Club carries a 1× wagering requirement only — it must be wagered once before withdrawal. Cashback is calculated on net losses and credited every Monday by 10 AM PKT.
• When a player holds both real money and bonus funds, real money is used first for all wagers. Bonus funds become active only once the real money balance reaches zero.
• hx555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and are in active wagering will be honoured under the terms that were in place when they were accepted.
• Placing bets on outcomes with very low risk (for example, betting both sides of a market to guarantee a return regardless of outcome) specifically to meet wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

7Betting Rules

All wagers placed on hx555 — whether in the live casino, sports betting or any other product — are subject to these rules:

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you have clicked "Place Bet" and received an on-screen confirmation. hx555 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error on the platform's side.
• hx555 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an incorrect or erroneous price due to a pricing or data feed error. In such cases the stake will be returned in full to the player's wallet.
• Live casino bets are settled based on the outcome visible on the live video feed. In the event of a stream disconnection during a round, the round result as recorded by the game provider's system will be used for settlement.
• PSL and cricket betting markets are settled using official match results from the relevant cricket governing body. Abandoned or suspended matches are handled according to the specific rules for each market type, available on the PSL Betting page.
• The maximum winnable amount per single bet and per day is subject to limits that vary by game and market type. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market before a bet is placed.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on hx555 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and referral for further action:

• Registering more than one account, or creating an account for another person without their knowledge.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, exploit bonuses or interact with the platform in ways not available to standard players.
• Colluding with other players, especially in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, fraud or any criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, live game errors or pricing mistakes — whether in the casino, betting or payment systems — and failing to report them to hx555 support immediately.
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive language toward hx555 support staff or other players in any platform communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or dispute a deposit transaction with your bank or mobile wallet provider as a means to withdraw funds that have already been wagered on hx555.

9Account Suspension and Closure

hx555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct linked to the account.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login and no balance for a continuous period of 12 months may be marked dormant. hx555 will attempt to contact the account holder before any dormant closure and will retain any balance owed for a further 12 months.

Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, hx555 reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds. Real money deposits not involved in the breach will be returned through the original payment method where it is operationally possible to do so.

10Responsible Gaming

hx555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. The following tools are available free of charge to every account holder:

• Deposit Limits — Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits are effective immediately. Increases to an existing limit require a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a defined period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders — Set an alert to notify you after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You cannot reverse this once it is active.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account and block all attempts to re-register. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. This is the strongest available tool for players who believe they need to stop playing entirely.

11Privacy and Data Protection

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• hx555 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the platform, even if hx555 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• hx555's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• hx555 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device failures or third-party service interruptions that are outside its direct control, provided hx555 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.

14Amendments to These Terms

hx555 reserves the right to update, revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hx555 will notify registered players through an in-platform notification and/or SMS to the registered mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor or clarificatory changes may be made with shorter notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of hx555 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you should request closure of your account before they take effect and withdraw any remaining balance.
